Brooklyn Community Services (Inc) seeks a Lead Teacher Afterschool Floater for PS 149 Danny Kaye ELM School in Brooklyn. The position runs part-time, hourly, with hours from 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm during the school year and holiday camp from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm for 13 days when the DOE is closed.
The role leads enrichment activities for 20–30 students, reports to the Program Director, and requires a Bachelor's Degree with experience in education and a flexible, collaborative approach.

Position Summary Education and Youth Development programs provide after school learning opportunities to Elementary school children During the school year we offer homework help enrichment programs and activities from 215 pm 600 pm Teachers for the enrichment program are expected to lead a class of 20 30 students daily We open and run holiday camp from 8am 6pm for 13 days per school year when DOE is closed
