Acquire4Hire is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher for Living Christ Preschool in Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves planning and conducting developmentally appropriate activities for children ranging from infants to 4 years old, ensuring a fun and safe learning environment.

You will maintain relationships with students and parents, as well as ensure the children's health and safety. Full-time availability is a must, and benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, among others.

Overview

Lead Teacher role. This position involves planning and presenting age-appropriate activities for children. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:15am–4:00pm.

What You'll Do

• Float between different rooms as needed to help with planning, lunches, breaks, etc.
• Instruct preschool-aged children in developmentally appropriate activities.
• Create a fun and safe learning environment.
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain the health and safety of all students.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with children ranging from infants to 4 years old.
