Ideal candidates have a minimum of a high school diploma, with CDA and ECE degree preferred, plus 1–2 years of licensed childcare experience. This role offers a stable, rewarding environment with room for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
• State-required pre-service training completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities using our Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
• Communicate with families about progress and daily activities.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Observe and document children’s learning and development.
• Support Assistant Teachers and Resource Teachers, fostering teamwork.
• Model positive guidance for social-emotional growth.
