Qualifikationen

• CDA credential preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in licensed childcare or preschool.

• Lead daily activities and implement age-appropriate lessons using the Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open communication with families about children's progress and activities.
• Uphold health and safety standards and licensing regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Observe, assess and document children's learning and development.
• Support Assistant and Resource Teachers to foster teamwork.
• Model positive guidance for social-emotional growth and conflict resolution.
