La Petite Academy in Sartell, MN is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will lead classroom management, ensure curriculum adherence, and promote child development in a preschool setting.

The role requires guiding staff to follow licensing guidelines and center standards, while building strong relationships with families to support student achievement. Monday–Friday schedule, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
