Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Lead Teachers to inspire lifelong learning and support children and families in our child care centers. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and uphold licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will also promote children's growth, manage classrooms, and build trusted relationships with families to help each child thrive and for your center to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
