The Learning Experience in Oklahoma City is seeking a Lead Teacher to set the academic foundation for lifelong learning and to inspire joy, curiosity, and confidence in young minds.

You will lead classroom activities, implement our proprietary LEAP Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment while partnering with families to track progress and milestones.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a classroom and mentoring other educators.
• Ability to communicate with families about child progress and milestones.
• Understanding of early childhood development and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead classroom activities and create a welcoming, engaging space for children.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum, adapting for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Prioritize safety and supervise daily routines to support learning and well-being.
• Regularly communicate with families about progress and milestones, using apps and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and retention goals.
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues to foster a joyful learning environment.
