Job summary

The Learning Experience seeks a Lead Teacher to shape early education at our Norwood, NJ centers. You will lead classrooms, mentor other educators, and bring joy, curiosity, and confidence to young minds as they build a solid academic foundation for lifelong learning.

You will implement the LEAP Curriculum®, engage families, and collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, inspiring environment. Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour with paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Age 18 or older.
• Experience in childcare with leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschoolers.
• Prioritize safety in a nurturing environment.
• Regularly update families on progress and milestones via apps and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment and engagement.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to foster learning through play.
