Learning Care Group in Rialto, CA is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and guide classroom activities. You will create fun, interactive lessons while mentoring fellow teachers and ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Develop engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
