Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide preschool learning, mentor fellow teachers, and create engaging activities. You’ll manage classroom routines, ensure licensing guidelines, and build strong relationships with families to support child development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and support their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; ensure licensing and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.
