Qualifications

• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center’s success and collaborate with staff.
• Cultivate relationships with families and community contacts.
