Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines are followed.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child development.
• Support center’s success through collaboration with teammates and administrators.
