Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a preschool classroom. You will design fun, age-appropriate lessons, mentor fellow Teachers, and take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.

You will ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards while building strong relationships with families to support each child's growth and lifelong learning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
