As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create: Develop engaging, fun learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Care: Support the social, physical, and intellectual development of preschool children.
• Lead: Manage classroom operations, curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
• Communicate: Build strong relationships with families to promote child achievement and center success.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state and center educational requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activities with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.00 - $19.00 hourly, with bi-weekly and daily pay options, based on experience and education.

• Monday-Friday work week.

$1000 sign-on bonus for Lead Qualified Teachers hired between May 6, 2025, and June 30, 2025. Bonus paid as $500 after 60 days and $500 after 90 days of employment.
