As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

  • Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
  • Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
  • Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
  • Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
  • The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
  • The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay $16.00 - $19.50 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
  • Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
  • Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
  • Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
  • Monday-Friday work week
$1000 sign on bonus will be paid to Lead Qualified Teachers who are hired between May 6, 2025 - June 30, 2025. Bonus will be paid out as follows: $500 after 60 days of employment and $500 after 90 days of employment.
