As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.

• Lead! Manage classroom activities, curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards.
• Communicate! Build relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state and center educational requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activities with children.

$1500 sign-on bonus for full-time lead qualified teachers hired between June 18, 2025, and July 31, 2025. The bonus is paid as $750 after 90 days and $750 after 180 days of employment.
