As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

  • Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
  • Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
  • Lead! Manage classroom operations, curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
  • Communicate! Build genuine relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are:

  • At least 18 years old with experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.
  • Capable of meeting state and center education requirements.
  • Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
