Job summary

Learning Care Group in Ohio is hiring Lead Teacher to inspire children and support families. You will create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. Lead responsibilities include classroom management, curriculum execution, and ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

You will build trusting relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with a compensation range of $16.26–$16.89 per hour,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare requirements.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors and be active with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $16.26-$16.89 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
