As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

  • Create: Develop engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
  • Care: Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
  • Lead: Manage classroom operations, implement curriculum, and adhere to licensing and company standards.
  • Communicate: Build genuine relationships with families to support each child's achievement and center success.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
  • The ability to meet state and center educational requirements.
  • The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.50 hourly, with bi-weekly and daily pay options, based on position, education, and experience.
  • Immediate health insurance (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, and 401(k) with company match for full-time employees.
  • Limited medical benefits for part-time workers.

  • Monday-Friday work schedule.
