Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates positive classroom management to maintain a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment.
• Assists teachers with lesson planning and daily activities.
• Fosters high student engagement through interactive instructional support.
• Provides targeted special education support and inclusive learning opportunities.
• Maintains open and professional parent communication to share student progress.
• Supports curriculum implementation by preparing materials and guiding small group learning sessions.
