Requirements

Ideal candidates will:

  • Be at least 18, pass a background check, have a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days. Experience and education in Early Childhood Education are a plus.
  • Show genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to community needs.
  • Meet physical demands of working with children.
