Job Title: Lead Teacher 3
Department: Human Resources | Child Care Program
Position Overview: The Evening Teacher supports the daily operations of the classroom by collaborating with the teaching teams, making smooth transitions to the evening classroom, implementing developmentally appropriate practices and programming. This role is responsible for both supervision of children and the planning and execution of short- and long-term classroom activities. Evening Teachers help ensure that each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs are met in alignment with the center’s philosophy, curriculum, policies, and state licensing regulations.
