Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher for our United States child care centers. You will lead the classroom, design engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, support children’s social, physical and cognitive growth, and contribute to a positive, nurturing center culture on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $17.36-$18.03 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.

• Monday-Friday work week
