Job summary

Learning Care Group in Arkansas is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide early childhood education and mentor fellow Teachers. You’ll lead engaging lessons, manage the classroom, and ensure quality learning aligned with licensing guidelines and our standards.

You will build strong relationships with families and support the center’s success through thoughtful child development activities and a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
