Lead Teacher
The Lead Teacher performs a wide range of tasks in order to care for and develop educational programming for preschool age children.
Minimal Education
Requires a high school degree or its equivalent. Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education is strongly preferred and is required for regulatory compliance when less than 75% of current staff hold the degree.
Early Childhood Credential required.
Minimal Experience
At least one year of child care experience required.
Other Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must have current CPR and First Aid certification or the ability to obtain the same.
