Job summary

The Learning Experience is hiring in Stamford, CT. The position offers opportunities to lead a safe, nurturing classroom while delivering our LEAP curriculum and engaging children through play and growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall classroom environment, ensuring safety, nurturing and engaging learning.
• Implement our LEAP curriculum and use engaging characters to drive learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.
