Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate early education teacher for our Independence, Kansas location. You will oversee a safe, nurturing classroom and implement the LEAP curriculum to support children’s learning through play.

We value education-focused candidates with six months to one year of teaching experience and a Bachelor’s in ECE or related field. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field is required.
• One year of teaching experience preferred; six months required.
• Must meet applicable background screening/state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum to drive the learning experience for children.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s adventures and progress via apps and in-person discussions.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic, play-based learning atmosphere.
