Job summary

The Learning Experience in Phoenixville is seeking a passionate, dedicated Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our founding team for the grand opening. You will create a welcoming, engaging classroom and implement our proprietary LEAP Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.

You will partner with families and center staff to support enrollment, communicate progress via apps and talks, and provide a safe, nurturing environment where play and learning thrive.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, working with infants, toddlers, or preschool children according to their needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing progress through apps and personal discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.

As an Experienced Preschool Teacher, you will:
