Job summary

The Learning Experience in Phoenixville, PA is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our founding team for our upcoming grand opening. You will create a welcoming classroom, implement the L.E.A.P.

Curriculum across infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, and partner with families to support each child’s growth. This role offers state-of-the-art classrooms, ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways as part of a supportive, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.

As an Experienced Preschool Teacher, you will:
