The Learning Experience - Bushwick is looking for a Infant/Toddler and a Preschool Teacher to join our team! Do you have at least 90 credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., Education) and are you enrolled in a Bachelor's program or higher OR do you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in early childhood education? We are ready to meet with you!

Pay: $20 - $24 per hour
Hours: Full Time

  • Be responsible for overall classroom management, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
  • Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with each child's unique needs.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Support your center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
