  Understands early childhood milestones and uses engaging, hands-on methods to build foundational skills in literacy, math, and problem-solving, preparing students for kindergarten success.
• Collaborative and Reflective Approach
  Works well with families, colleagues, and school leadership, and is open to feedback and continuous learning to support each child's growth and classroom community.

Pay Range
