Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher at our Mount Juliet, TN center. You will lead a classroom, implement age-appropriate curriculum, and mentor fellow teachers to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children from 6 weeks to 12 years.

You will collaborate with families, follow state licensing guidelines, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment that supports holistic development and a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center standards.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors with children.
