Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire lifelong learners and support center success in our childcare network. You will lead a classroom, develop engaging lessons, and mentor fellow Teachers while upholding licensing guidelines and company standards.

This role emphasizes building strong relationships with families, promoting holistic growth for children from six weeks to twelve years, and delivering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment daily.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
