Job summary

Lilly Gardens Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to guide a mixed-age family childcare program. You will create a nurturing, home-like environment and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities to support children's development.

The ideal candidate meets Wisconsin Lead Teacher qualifications, with experience in licensed settings, strong leadership, and excellent communication with families. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must meet Wisconsin Lead Teacher qualifications (Registry Level preferred).
  • Experience working in a licensed family childcare or center setting.
  • Strong leadership and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to care for a mixed-age group of children.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Reliable, organized, and professional.
  • Able to pass background check and meet all state licensing requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required.
