Job summary

Learning Care invites you to join a strong community where we care for children and families every day. As a Lead Teacher at our child care center, you’ll create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You’ll promote the growth of preschool children, manage the classroom, and build genuine relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child's success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.

• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
