The Learning Experience in Melbourne, FL is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide a classroom and support the learning and development of infants, toddlers, preschool, and/or Pre-K children. You will implement curriculum, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and communicate with families.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED, childcare experience, and strong classroom management and communication skills. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education experience required.
• Classroom leadership experience preferred.
• ECE, Child Development, or Education coursework preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organization skills.
• Must meet applicable state licensing, background screening, health, and training requirements.
