Learning Care Group in Fairview, NJ is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a preschool classroom, designing engaging lessons and mentoring fellow teachers in a caring, compliant environment.

You will lead classroom management, support the social and intellectual growth of children, and build strong relationships with families to promote student success. This full-time role offers weekday schedules, competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.42-19.14 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.

• Monday-Friday work week
