Westport Montessori in Kansas City is hiring a full-time Lead Teacher for our Toddler classroom. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with compensation of $16–$17 per hour based on education and experience.

We provide paid training and professional development, no nights or weekends, and a supportive team focused on growth and inclusion. Background checks are required; Montessori experience is preferred for this role.
