Looking for a Lead teacher for a progressive preschool in the Irvine area. We are only interested in candidates who have a passion for the field and meet all the requirements listed. All applicants must have a clear understanding of an emergent curriculum as well as the ability to implement a blended curriculum. Teachers must have experience working with children of all ages, and the ability to meet all children’s needs. Must enjoy working in a team setting as well as the ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time. Punctual and dependable.

Requirements

• BA degree in Early Childhood Education or Related Field.
• Qualify for the Master Teacher Permit.
• 3 Years of Classroom Teaching Experience.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to sit, stand, squat, or climb for extended periods of time.

Compensation

$26 to $30 per hour; based on education and experience.

Hours

Monday through Friday; Flexible schedule between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
