Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in New Jersey to design engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will lead in-classroom management and curriculum implementation while supporting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers.

The role emphasizes professional collaboration with families and adherence to licensing guidelines. Full-time position with options to grow within a nurturing, child-centered environment.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation $19.87-$20.65 based on education and experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options

Heath insurance, medical, dental, vision and FSA, provided for full-time employees. Limited medical available for part-time workers.
