As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead! Manage the classroom, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing standards and company policies.
• Communicate! Build strong relationships with families to support children's achievement and center success.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state and center educational requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
