Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire children through engaging, hands-on learning and to mentor fellow teachers.

This role will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, ensure licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families. Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.09-21.22 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
