Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is a prominent childcare provider serving children from infancy through early schooling. We are seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire learning, mentor peers, and uphold licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will create engaging activities and manage classroom dynamics to support each child's development. You will also build strong relationships with families, promote student achievement, and participate in program planning crafted by our Education team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
