Children of America in Cinnaminson Township, NJ, is seeking a Lead Teacher to join a nationally accredited preschool. You will work within a supportive team, implementing daily lesson plans and fostering positive relationships with children and parents. Candidates must have a CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, with at least 2 years of experience, CPR, and First Aid certification. Who You’ll Interact With

Minimum Requirements

• CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education

Hourly rate: $19.06 - $23.51 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based incentives or other benefits.
