Skagitclubs is seeking a Lead Teacher to steer the early learning classroom for the assigned age group, ensuring kids feel safe, seen, and ready to try new things. You’ll bring the designated curriculum to life and document observations to keep learning on track.
You’ll also maintain licensing and safety compliance, communicate clearly with families, and work with the Club Director to uphold high-quality standards.

As Lead Teacher, you’ll steer the early learning classroom for your assigned age group—making sure kids feel safe, seen, and ready to try (and retry) new things. You’ll bring the designated curriculum to life, keep learning on track with observations and documentation, and make the classroom a welcoming place for every child.
Key responsibilities include lesson planning and assessments (Creative Curriculum/Teaching Strategies GOLD), maintaining licensing/safety compliance, clear family communication, accurate records, and partnering with the Club Director to keep quality high.
