About The Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Lead Teacher to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in young children. Collaborate closely with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment for all children.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare center or similar setting
• Child Program License III (CPL III) or Child Development Associate Certificate upon hire
• Ability to pass BCI/FBI and ODJFS Background Checks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field with 1+ years experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Responsibilities
