Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of tax, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for complex tax and accounting matters.
• Review and oversee calculations, analyses, and reporting for accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with Tax, Legal, Treasury, Finance, and Technology on strategic initiatives.
• Identify risks, recommend solutions, and support implementation of process improvements.
• Support implementation of new business programs, policies, and operational changes.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, controls, and stakeholder experience.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and review for Analysts and Senior Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for complex tax and accounting matters.
• Review and oversee calculations, analyses, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with Tax, Legal, Treasury, Finance, and Technology teams on strategic initiatives.
• Identify risks, recommend solutions, and support implementation of process improvements.
• Support implementation of new business programs, policies, and operational changes.

• Provide coaching, mentorship, and review for Analysts and Senior Analysts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years experience in tax, financial analysis, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with partners and senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with pass‑through entities, partnerships, or complex ownership structures.

**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026
