Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in accounting, Tax, or related discipline is a plus.
• Active CPA license highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal, state, and international tax legislation and guidance; assess impacts.
• Research and analyze federal and state income tax matters; prepare technical memoranda.
• Evaluate indirect tax matters (sales, use, property) as needed.
• Own transfer pricing documentation for cross-border intercompany transactions.
