Job summary

Children’s Hope Alliance is seeking a TASK Therapist to deliver specialized clinical care to youth and families who have engaged in harmful behaviors. You will lead treatment planning, coordinate with schools, courts, and community partners to improve safety and outcomes.

You will supervise case managers, guide teams, and ensure quality through rigorous documentation while delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy for adolescents under jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field required
• Licensed or provisionally licensed in LPC/LCSW/LMFT or eligible in KY
• Experience with youth who have complex behavioral needs and sexual harm preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Complete Comprehensive Evaluations of Sexual Harm (CESH) and make recommendations for treatment, placement, and safety planning
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in clinical decision-making and care planning
• Supervise TASK Case Managers in treatment planning and documentation
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance (Medicaid, DJJ)
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate with external providers for smooth transitions
