Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current nationally recognized Tai Chi Certification.
• One year teaching and/or training experience preferred.
• Ability to work with participants individually and in groups, using various demonstrations methods.
• Knowledgeable about the industry with the skills to network, engage and interact with participants.
• Communicate professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, engaging and effective group classes.
• Provide instruction and coaching to class attendee.
• Coordinate and prepare music and class routine as necessary.
• Exercise safety awareness and practices.
• Enforce department policies with a friendly attitude.
• Deliver course content with strong communication skills.
• Ensure attendees are satisfied with the lessons.
• Begin and end class on time.
• Accurately record class participation and collect participant surveys.
